The Khichdi Festival 2024 will be hosted from 1st – 31st July 2024 at Swadshakti restaurant in Malad
Ayushakti, one of the leading and most trusted ayurvedic health centres is back with its Annual Khichdi Festival. Hosted every year at their restaurant Swadshakti, this celebration of health, nutrition, and taste will continue to offer new variants of khichidi, as per Ayurveda.
This year an array of twelve exotic and Ayurvedic khichdi are offered, each designed to provide a divine culinary experience during the monsoon, will be available at this year’s festival. During monsoon the kapha element of the body is high and sattvic and wholesome food like mung dal, yellow mung dal and toor dal add a lot of nutritional value to the body.
Some exotic types of khichidi on the menu are Mumbai Pav Bhaji Khichdi, Paneer Bhurji Masala Khichdi, Dal Palak Tadka Khichdi and Quinoa Dal Veg Khichdi. All the dishes will be served with Masala Moong Papad, Salad, and Energy Kadhi.
